Bombed, Yes. Bombs, No.
We’ve learned two things about Kim Jong Il recently. While the average North Korean survived on $1,000 a year, Ol Dirty Il Bastard personally spent $800,000 a year on his favorite Cognac. Until, that is, the sanctions hit, and he had to start guzzling cheaper fuels. Well, that may in fact have been his motivation for faking a nuclear test, and then, this February 14, leveraging a massive $330 million economic aid package, in exchange for halting his nuclear program.
Yes, that big North Korean nuclear explosion last year was a failure, according to the head of the CIA. And according to Russian intelligence officers, it was not only a failure, but a straight up fake. The Russians are still trying to figure out how they pulled it off. And it has contributed to a bombshell story also slipping out of Russian intelligence circles: Russia is about to pull the plug on Iran’s nuke aims. This will be one of my next two stories.
As for the CIA statement on North Korea:
Just over a week ago, on March 28, CIA Director Michael Hayden told South Korean media “The United States does not recognize North Korea as a nuclear weapons state. It’s because the nuclear test last year was a failure.” His comment was first published in the JoongAng Ilbo newspaper.
So, for better or for worse, Los Angeles is probably safe from attack.
Dear Pat,
You can’t fight a civilized war against an uncivilized opponent.
You are right, Kim and his Fascist Moslem allies are uncivilized Mugg thugs.
The head of the Muggs sect explained to the British governor of India, that their religion and culture required them to rob and strangle travelers passing through their territory. The British Governor replied “That is just fine, but you should know that if you continue that practice, our culture requires that we hang all of you.“
(1825, Sect Maha Muni)
You can’t fight a civilized war against an uncivilized opponent.
During the Second World War the English captured multiple Nazi spies.
Churchill offered them two options, switch loyalties and support the English, or die immediately. Most switched sides, the others were promptly shot. No internment camps, no military tribunals, no editorials in the London Times, they were just promptly shot.
As Governor Wallace use to say, “Its time to start terrorizing the terrorists.”
In the 1980s several Americans and several Soviets were kidnapped in Lebanon. The Soviet citizens were released fairly promptly. The Americans worked (sometimes for years) trying to get their citizens back. The Americans continued to beg even after they saw the tape of their CIA chief (Buckley) being tortured to death.
The Soviets elected not to prostrate themselves before the terrorists as the Americans had. They decided not to beg and plead with their uncivilized opponents. They had their KGB teams kidnap the FATHERS of the terrorists.
Then the next day the terrorists got boxes delivered to them from the KGB. In the boxes were Polaroid’s of their fathers having their thumbs cut off. Also in the box were their thumbs and a note. The note said that in the following days they would be receiving their fathers genitalia, then their eyes, and then their heads.
The Soviet citizens were promptly released. After that episode, American were repeatedly kidnapped while Soviets weren’t.
Now the English sailors have been kidnapped. And apparently once again we have given in.
On the first day the Iranians should have lost their only oil refinery, on the next day their electric power grid, then their largest hydro electric damn, then finally their atomic bomb production facility.
You can’t fight a civilized war against an uncivilized opponent.
The Moslem beheading crowd may have been considered civilized back in 700 AD. But their time has passed.
We can spend the next 700 years watching our fellow citizens be beheaded or we can say, what the British said to the Muggs, “ You change, or you die. We really don’t care what you decide.”
Freedom is a gift of the brave,

April 9th, 2007 at 10:34 amwhy is it he always looks like he sucking on a lemon?
Russian mafia tactics make sense when dealing with Jihadi’s. After all if you look at muslim history, this is how they operate. Yet being signatories to the UN and geneva conventions, apparently we have to take the “higher” ground and reason with the unreasonable.
this war in iraq has been reviewed by the left as a litany of geneva conventions violations by ourside, yet they never mention that our enemy never has or will abide by such conventions.
unfortunatly, the only way to at least delay future unrest with muslims, is to annihilate them, or engage in similar tactics. or we can all convert and be subject to ignoramus mullahs for our lifetime!
