U.S. Exclusive: Al Qaeda Kidnaps 20 Iraqi Soldiers And Police
As reported in my morning story, Al Qaeda is on a ruthless campaign of destruction in Baghdad, primarily directed at the attention of the international media. Extremely furious that they have been ejected out of the Al Anbar province, they are engaged in a nasty series of counterattacks designed to make the Baghdad surge appear unsuccesful.
According to two international media sources, one in the United Arab Emirates, Al Qaeda made an internet announcement that it had captured 20 Iraqi soldiers and policemen today, pictured above.
They demanded the “turning over of members of the interior ministry who took part in raping our sister, Sabrin al-Jarabi…and those who killed and displaced our people in Tal Afar, and those who participated in raping our sisters there.” The alleged rape of the woman known by the pseudonym of Janabi, who appeared in footage broadcast on Arab networks saying she had been raped by interior ministry officers, triggered a bitter battle at the highest levels in Iraq. Sunni leaders largely believed her claims, but Shia Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki dismissed them, alleging the rape was invented by Sunni politicians to tarnish the police at the launch of a Baghdad security crackdown.
They also demanded the release of “Muslim Sunni sisters who are in the prisons of the interior (ministry).”
All this talk about violence against women makes me so mad I could punch my mom right in the face!
Here’s an idea: go ahead and kill the cops. These people make me sick, and Pat, I need a puking emoticon.
April 14th, 2007 at 7:15 pmPat,
Rummy wants a picture of himself after a three day bender …
Ever wonder how much money the DNC is sending them … Afterall, I’m sure Nancy had her checkbook with her when she was in the area … WOOPS! Did I say that??!!
April 14th, 2007 at 7:21 pmSo only Al Qaeda can rape their sisters?
“The object of war is not to die for your country, but to make the other guy die for his.” Patton could have added, “And by the way, don’t stand around holding your dicks when you and 20 of your closest buddies get captured.”
April 14th, 2007 at 7:21 pmI wonder if the ministry officers play lacrosse?
You would think by now that they should know what being captured will get them. Why in the fuck can’t they get that message?? That in it’s self doesn’t make any sense.
April 15th, 2007 at 3:47 amI would make them kill me on the spot, no way in hell would I hold still for anything, easier said than done- I’m sure fear is ruling their capitulation. But at the very least we need to get it through their heads that they will not be bargained for and won’t survive a kidnapping. What the hell are these cops armed with? This is a bullshit propaganda war maneuver that leftists drool over. This shit is here and I’m fucking tired of being tolerant. It’s getting us nowhere to try and speak to people only to be ridiculed and banned from sites.
Their already dead!!
April 15th, 2007 at 3:48 amYour already dead so take as many with you as you can, remember the 2 soldiers from the 101st that were taken hostage. The bodies left in the street were dismembered down to the finger joint, and of course boobytrapped.
This is a pretty accurate account of the attack, but I was told the driver of the last humvee was shot by sniper as soon as the two lead humvees took off, leaving them stranded, by the time the two lead vehicles found out the third was not with them it was too late.
Never heard if they were injured in the take down and then captured.

April 15th, 2007 at 5:20 amI think they should release the sunni sisters into the streets of baghdad naked. After all, alqaeda never specifiesd they should be clothed.
April 15th, 2007 at 6:10 amExactly TW - Evidently, Mike Nifong has relatives in Iraq.
April 15th, 2007 at 9:50 amThe similarities between the fascists disguised as freedom fighters in Iraq and the fascists disguised as democrats in the US is striking. That is, except to the oblivious demediacrats that are supposed to be reporting the news. Obviously to them, power is more important than justice.
Wake up young Americans.
Well, if you recall US military uniforms and Iraqi police uniforms have been found in the possession of people who shouldn’t have them. Who’s to say this picture wasn’t created just to get attention. In addition, if they kill the hostages they have nothing to deal with.
April 15th, 2007 at 10:08 amThese people are illogical, they don’t want to deal, they want to kill. And kill. And kill. ANd eventually drag humanity back to the dark ages. Military and police in Iraq are constantly targeted for murder by terrorist groups. For what I think we all know are obvious reasons.
April 15th, 2007 at 7:13 pmI was gonna post something but, Greg-USA hit on my idea already. Have they identified the people they took hostage? How do we know its not just some random people wearing uniforms? Maybe theyre giving a time limit of 48 hours, so no one will think too clearly. And I agree the purpose of taking hostages is to trade them for what you want, if you kill your hostages then you have gained nothing.
@starkc: I disagree, these jihadi motherfuckers might be illogical and crazy, but theyre not stupid.
Well, some of them aren’t, anyway.
