Wheeze Against America
This band has always been pathetic to me. Never actually fighting for ANYTHING themselves, never having lived anywhere outside of propserous, safe Western capitalist democracies, they nonetheless ran around making a living by posing as combat revolutionaries. Playing kiddie dress up really. They released albums with titles like “The Battle of Los Angeles.” Since no way were they going to fight in real battles ( too dangerous for posers ) they fought in imaginary ones on CDs. Posers, cowards, airheads, yeah those three are a good start. Didn’t Che at least pick up a gun? “We’re not men, but we play them onstage”. I get it.
In this video from a concert a few days ago “Wheeze Against Our Imaginary Devils” tries to stay cool. To matter. To sell CDs. To get laid.
I put this video up as an example of many things, including how the Left will say anything that serves them, despite a total inability to support it with empirical evidence.
“They should be tried, and hung and shot” is what the half-monkey looking guy with the microphone says about the administration, amongst other things. He had no comment as his limo pulled away.
Be respectful of others and their opinions. Inflammatory remarks and inane leftist drivel will be deleted. It ain’t about free speech, remember you’re in a private domain. My website, my prerogative.

That’s because they can not handle, nor want to deal with, facts. I don’t know the exact numbers off hand, but whether you used those or something you pulled out of your ass they will say it’s just something Bush made up to perpetuate the lie.
Before you offer any numbers, ask them where they got the numbers they are claiming. Ask for the exact location they got them from, not, “well, I read it on some report somewhere but don’t recall where.” You can call bullshit right there.

May 2nd, 2007 at 9:50 amThe Basic School is a 6 month long training stint in Quantico (the swamp/shithole of Virginia). It teaches basic infantry skills to Marine officers. All Marine officers need to go through it, based on, “every Marine is a rifleman.” . From their, you pick your MOS (what your job is, pilot, infantry, coms, etc.). TBS is pretty much, like the name implies, basic for officers.
If you’re seriously considering service options, contact a recruiting office (google one in your area). They’ll get you in touch with an OSO officer who should give you more information. Watch out when dealing with recruiters though. They’re job is to sell their service and they’re damn good at it. I recommend requesting some literature from the USMC website and Navy/Army/Air Force too. If you have the degree though, I’d go officer; being an 0-1 at 28 is a lot better than being an E-1 at 28. Another bit of advice, ask as many questions as possible! A dumb question asked is better than a dumb answer assumed.

Thanks EZRider. I have already requested literature and an consulting with friends and family. Some of my family think that since I have already started a career that I should continue on this path. I, however, cannot shake this sense of obligation to my country. When I read what you guys contribute to society and then contrast this with the lib hate propaganda I get so pissed that the only way to quell this rage is to work harder to make more money, hence having 2 jobs and working on a gubernatorial campaign.
This will require much thought. I appreciate the advice and gladly welcome more.

i am the same age as you. thought about going back myself, but physically I am so injury prone from playing contact sports. my knees and other joints are shot. However, you can help in other ways. ask a recruiter if he or she knows of other ways to serve in this war.
