June 1st, 2007 at 9:25 amI didn’t read all three pages of the article, but I believe this was key,
“A team of Saudi specialists has begun [sic] visits to Guantanamo[sic]to review the conditions on the Saudi detainees and intensify the effort to repatriate them as soon as possible…”
“A guard found the man lifeless in his cell and camp et al.”
The last few suicides, if I remember correctly, were prior to the enemy combatants “repatriation” to their native country. They are usually returned to Saudi for improsonment, and I don’t think they get clean towels, three-squares and a Quran there.
