The report as it sits now says the guy was in ‘financial trouble’ so he decides to try and sell our nuke secrets to the highest bidder. Thank god it was an undercover and not someone from a rogue regime or terrorist group. Other countries in the world have nuclear weapons but we have THE nuclear weapon. People would pay top dollar to get their hands on our technology. This guy should be treated as any other traitor to the United States of America and dealt with accordingly
