Unending Onslaught: 16 Pakistani Soldiers Killed In Ambush
MIRAN SHAH, Pakistan (AP) - Suspected militants detonated a remote-control bomb and opened fire on a military convoy in northwestern Pakistan Wednesday, killing 16 soldiers, an intelligence official said.
Three other soldiers were wounded in the attack in North Waziristan, where militants have stepped up attacks in recent days, the official said on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to make media comments.
unending? there is a way to end this.
