I remember when I lived in California in the 70’s, all or most of my artist friends called him Ray-gun and did nothing but whine about his forceful means on the Berkley campus when he was gov’na. I went along with it ’cause as a thinking person disguised as a liberal lemming, it got my laid (don’t ask me to explain that).
Even my wife who is a self proclaimed liberal liked Reagan. His is a timeless speech that will continue to resonate forever. Imagine if we had left the Nazis alone. Imagine if we just leave criminals in general alone.
God bless out troops and this country for all it’s best and worse (the liberals, excluding my wife. lol).
