Corrected NASA Data Pulls Legs Out From Under Global Warming Table
I was working on a sound mix and half-listening to Rush yesterday, and I caught him revealing that the NASA temperatures which provided the cornerstone of Global Warming Theory had been corrected and revised drastically downward. The whole notion that 1998 and 2006 were the hottest ande second hottest years in history was now shown by the agency to be false. The planet was the hottest over 70 years ago, in 1934.
Now we all know that Al Gore and the Left are so insistent on the notion of man-made global warming strictly because they see the theory as their ticket to personal and political power, not because they are concerned about you, me and planet earth. If they were really concerned about the planet and its inhabitants, they would be encouraging further rigorous and disciplined examination of the theory instead of demanding that all further investigation be suppressed. Think about it. They know that the average American has not studied the issue enough to have a legitimate opinion about it either way. However, instead of encouraging Mr. & Mrs. America to research and understand it for themselves, they have demanded that debate be shut down, that Mr. & Mrs. America unquestioningly accept Mr. Gore’s theories as fact, and that anyone who does indeed question those theories be labelled a social pariah, and in the case of the unhinged Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., that they be shot.
The Global Warming Army wants us to take our eye of our real enemies, and they want to diminish America’s power by hobbling all of our ablities to be industrious and economically robust.

August 10th, 2007 at 8:30 amYesterday Rush said that after the collapse of the Soviet Union temp readings weren’t being collected for a while, and those would have been cool readings, therefore the average temps were driven up. So even without readings from the former USSR figured in, 1934 was even hotter than lately? It seems so. The Church of Ladder Day Climatology isn’t going to appreciate any of this one bit!
