And now after that major gaffe she is embarassed and scared of screwing up again. And on top of that the wattage in her bulb is pretty low.
She just needs to go away and stop talking in front of cameras.

OK. The answer to the question she was originally asked is:
“Because our education system has been frigged up by the liberal hoard. We need to get back to basics, ban the unions or at least eliminate tenure, and teach math and science in an orderly fashion, not mixing geometry, algebra, calculus and trig all into an oleo of mush.”
But that would not be PC, would it?
