Mail that vid to Johnny Boy kerry and his butt buddy…the traitor Murtha. BTW, Pat, I posted that story link in another comment box. I see you found the vid. More’s the better. God Bless the people that are taking care of this small one. And GD the bastards that killed her parents.

First of all, it’s not a “small miracle” … These sorts of miracles happen every damn day in Iraq … but aren’t reported.

Second, Laura Logan is not known for her unbiased reporting over there. She has generally stated it’s her job (and the MSM) to report both sides in the war … However, she and CBS have failed criminally to do so. This little report does not redeem her or CBS … or the MSM.

Third, if you read into the report, as you must with ALL MSM reporting, the baby is now an orphan. While it was touched on that the parents had been shot, it was not speculated, as the MSM ALWAYS DOES when it concerns possible `wrong doing’ by our troops, who might have murdered the child’s parents … leaving her an orphan. No, the viewer is left to imagine this poor child is a product of the war itself.

I’m sorry if I sound so negative … But with the MSM it is warranted. History proves that. The MSM today, and in this war, would NOT report a `good’ story out of Iraq without an ulterior motive. That here being either the need to report at least one small good story … so they can resume the negative churning and able to argue they do report both sides … and to show the poor dredges left in the wake of our `unjust’ war …

Here’s a link to the story in word … It actually uses the terms “An innocent rescued from Iraq’s killing fields …”

    But in WHAT context?

Too bad these Afghan and Iraqi orphans can’t be adopted internationally. I’m sure there’s lots of generous Americans who would like to do so. For that matter, there are lots of older (over the age of 3) American foster system kids that need homes.

Lamplighter - why can’t Afghai or Iraqi children be adopted internationally?

    E4Puke:

I hope you punched them in the face for asking such a fucked up question?

  8. Bill

E4Puke, those people who asked you that deserve a punch in the mouth. That is one of the most ridiculous things I have heard in a long time and I live in California(to put it in context). Whoever asked you that wasn’t really asking a question and their just plain morons.

E4Puke, answer a question with a question: “When’s the last time you helped anyone, much less an innocent Iraqi?” The thing I am learning about the moonbats is that they are all blow; when there is a need for constructive help of any kind, they are not capable of doing it. They blather on about ‘peace’ and ‘brotherhood’, but they are simply too entranced with the sound of their own voices to get up off their asses and actually do something useful.

THEN, after they stutter around your question, you can bitch slap them in the face - much more humiliating than a punch.

God Bless you, E4Puke, the wonderful troops that rescued and are caring for little Fatima (and countless others), and all our troops in the sandbox.

HJinVA: I don’t know–weird laws in the those countries prevent it. They’d rather the kids be left to fend for themselves on the streets of Kabul or Bhagdad or whatever. Terrible.

  11. mindy abraham

To E4Puke I can’t beleive people are so rude-just ignore them, they are schmuks  I appreciate what you did. As for the actual story, it just warms my heart hearing about those types of things-there was a while ago a story about a soldier who adopted a kid with cerebal palsy-what do you think?

  12. CplUsmc

If they could be adopted internationally I’m sure Madonna or Angelina would already have it.

E4Puke… I got asked that all the time too… I find it funny that the same liberals that accuse us of baby killing are the same ones advocating Pro-choice (Pro-death)…

“Ive been asked if i killed babies or innocent Iraqi’s twice since ive been back”

Answer: Naww, Saddam and his boys beat us to it.
