The explosion starts at the bottom of the white car. I can’t see anything hitting the car from above or the side. Are you sure this wasn’t someone having an early Ramadan celebration?

I feel your - I don’t see anything that remotely looks like a rocket. I feel this was a car bomb that detonated prematurely. I have watched this several times in slow motion - I still can not see anything incoming.
