September 25th, 2007 at 7:11 amI thought I would do a little math for Mr. Cuban to illustrate a point, assuming Cuban is worth approximately 5 billion and with him giving 2.5 million that constitutes 0.05% of his wealth. This is equivalent to an average Joe, who makes 50k giving 25 bucks, just as Bash said.
Second thing to point out and Bash I hope you nailed him with this, you actually served in the military, he did not. So for him to say he has done more than you is preposterous.
The net result is that Cuban really is an idiot; I truly believe he has the same level of immaturity as displayed by a vast majority of the NBA players, spoiled, insolent and self serving.
BTW Bash, where did you get those clips of the microcephalics sitting around the table clapping? That type of stuff is considered way politically incorrect these days.

I didn’t go into my illustrious Coast Guard career (LOL)…I feel it is nothing compared to so many of the guys who have actually seen combat and who are currently serving.
Those clips are from the 1932 Tod Browning film “Freaks” which was controversial even then.
The slang for those microcephalics is “Pinheads” and you may recall a 70’s underground comic character “Zippy the Pinhead”…Cuban and De Palma are Pinheads.
Of course I’ve never been accused of being PC before, and IMHO political correctness is akin to thought policing and jihad indoctrination, LOL.

And just because you think your time in the Coasties wasn’t illustrius it was still something. You gave your most valuable individual possession, your time. I tried to get into the military but couldn’t pass the physical, the spirit was willing but the flesh was weak.
The fact that Cuban, the lobotomized pinhead, sent you an email shows how influenctial you are and that your observations opinions were right on the mark.

Besides, he has investment consultants and a team of accountants giving him financial advice on how to keep and make even more money. So, he actually won’t run out of cash anytime soon. False pride indeed.
