Full Transcript: Lee Bollinger’s Ass Whooping
I’ve got the complete video of this up as well.
“Let me close with this comment. Frankly, and in all candor, Mr. President, I doubt that you will have the intellectual courage to answer these questions. But your avoiding them will in itself be meaningful to us. I do expect you to exhibit the fanatical mind-set that characterizes so much of what you say and do.”

Well all things considered, it’s at least the best possible outcome. When BOOOSH points out that Ahmadinejad is a lying, tyrannical, evil little twit, then the left sprouts “a little crush” on Ahmadinejad. If a lefty highbrow sprouts a pair long enough to do the same thing, then maybe a few of the less-dim lefty bulbs out there will notice that Ahmadinejad actually IS a lying, tyrannical, evil little twit.
Nah. There’s still no hope for ‘em, but at least it skylines their stupid a little more than it already was.
September 24th, 2007 at 6:31 pmHi,
Came out a couple hours ago:
Comment by David M. Schizer, Dean, Columbia Law School
“”A controversy has developed about the invitation extended to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran by the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs. Although Columbia Law School was not involved in arranging this invitation, we have received many inquiries about it.
This event raises deep and complicated issues about how best to express our commitment to intellectual freedom, and to our free way of life. Although we believe in free and open debate at Columbia and should never suppress points of view, we are also committed to academic standards. A high-quality academic discussion depends on intellectual honesty but, unfortunately, Mr. Ahmadinejad has proven himself, time and again, to be uninterested in whether his words are true.
Therefore, my personal opinion is that he should not be invited to speak. Mr. Ahmadinejad is a reprehensible and dangerous figure who presides over a repressive regime, is responsible for the death of American soldiers, denies the Holocaust, and calls for the destruction of Israel. It would be deeply regrettable if some misread this invitation as lending prestige or legitimacy to his views.
Our university is a pluralistic place, and I recognize that others within our community take a different view in good faith, and that they have the right to extend invitations that I personally would not extend. I know that we will learn from each other in discussing the difficult questions prompted by this invitation.”"

All in ALL…I guess they let the “nut” have it, the best they could.
But being as cynical as I am (trying to be better..lol) I cannot help but wonder if these guys planned to do this, or at the 11th hour, their was so much pressure from ‘outside sources’ that they ‘HAD’ to ‘Rock n Roll’?
I guess Columbia U. has the biggest Jewish study’s program in the USA…And I would guess, some big time ‘doner’s’ (not all Jewish…not trying to stereotype anyone).
Just would like to know what when on the past couple days…’behind the scenes’
You can talk all the politics you want…but we all know, no matter what the subject or venue…
“MONEY TALKS and BS Walks”
Peace!

The only one gettin’ an ass whooping this week was Bollinger. Not that I’m complaining. Still not enough of one for me. Leftist prick.
The only reason he said any of that shit at all (which to be sure he came up with at the last minute) was to serve himself in some, perhaps many, way(s). Every bit of it framed in language that is completely alien to the jihadi. That’s why the little fuck was up there smirking.
The dickhead Ahwawhatever also got to call for his Mahdi on The Great Satan’s homeland at a ‘major’ university. Which further shows that Columbia’s ‘Middle East Institute’ has no fucking clue.
September 24th, 2007 at 7:21 pmFucking disgusting.
If Bollinger and others at Columbia had the idea that would lure Mr. Nutjob to their campus to tell him off they made a serious strategic error. By inviting him to speak at their campus they lent a huge amount of credibility to him and strengthened his standing in the middle east. The spin back home will be that America is either afraid of him or he successfully tricked the Americans again.
This guy is the real deal in terms of a serious enemy. He is far worse than the sawed off little shit from north korea.
In the pit of my stomach, that still small voice is saying we are going to get smacked and smacked hard if he is not taken out. The left in this country haven’t been able to tell their friends from their enemies for a long time and if they are costing us security.
Mr. nutjob is not interested in making deals, he wants nothing short of destruction. Simply put, how do start negotiations with someone who wants to kill you.
September 24th, 2007 at 9:31 pmFolks, it was only about 25 years ago that giants like Vladimir Bukovsky and Natan Sharansky made it clear as crystal that the overriding priority of these despots when going abroad is TO SEND A MESSAGE TO THE HOMEFOLKS THAT THE DESPOT IS ACCEPTED AS A LEGITIMATE LEADER, AND NOT ISOLATED AS A PARIAH. “See, Columbia University invites me to refute their Zionist delusions! See, I get a standing O at the United Nations! If the most prestigious and powerful entities on earth see me as a legitimate representative of the Iranian people, who are you pathetic dissidents to argue they are wrong?”
This was an incredibly clear lesson that some learned very well, others (like those who criticized inviting Solzhenitsyn to the White House) were clueless back then and remain clueless today.
Like the smarmy, preening, pathetic Bollinger. This will go down as one of the most counter-productive and embarassing moments in the history of the Ivy League. Pathetic is inadequate to describe it.
