From IRNA, Iran’s official news agency:

September 30, 2007

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Sunday that thanks to grace of God, the world people heard voice of Iranian nation whose positive effects will appear in future.

He said in his report to the cabinet meeting that his visit to New York was successful and that the enemy’s attempt to sabotage the meeting in University of Columbia failed.

“They had attempted to isolate Iran by sabotaging ordinary process of the meeting in Columbia university, but, thanks to grace of God, they got negative result.”
President Ahmadinejad said that those who were present in the meeting and observed the entire program got the sense that Iranian officials were honest and what the manipulation had been made by the organizers beforehand.

He said that the Islamic Republic of Iran has plans for the international peace which is in contradiction with that of the World Arrogance.
“Though the enemy had made preparations for not allowing Iran (president) to make his voice heard, but, they could not succeed and thanks to grace of God the world people heard our voice.”

Press reports said that 500 million audience of three international television networks listened to Iranian president’s remarks in University of Columbia.

President Ahmadinejad received emblem of ‘Dove of Peace’ from the Society of US Churches.

Don’t kid yourselves and think this was all about playing to the home crowd in Iran, it’s actually still got legs here as well.

Read this interesting blog on the Volokh Conspiracy page “No Homosexuals in the Arab World”

And remember children, “Islam” means peace (or submission), your choice (Islam is about freedom), but know that it actually means peace by submission. In other words, you’re my kind of Muslim or you don’t exist, and in that all will be well!

Considering this idea, doesn’t the comment that homosexuals don’t exist in Iran like in America make total sense? Well, it’s true, they’ve either been converted, submitted, or killed. Islam is peace, now submit!

“thanks to grace of God the world people heard our voice.”

Only what their nazi spin-machine wanted them to hear!

Yep…sure as shit…he used this whole “debate” as a propaganda tool and spun it to make it look like the west is all a bunch of liars…………This fuck has to die!

You want to kill this guy just because he’s a lying little Nazi propagadist?

500 million?!? I bet they were trying to watch soccer and this nutjob preempted the game.

I was at an international conference in September and a couple of Iranians visited our booth. When we got over the fact that I was American and they were Iranian, they volunteered that President Bush is right. There is no problem between Iranians and Americans. He said that the Iranian president is crazy. He said he did not think our president was crazy and hoped that some day our two countries could be friends again. He was about 30 years old, so he has been under the Mullahs for his entire life… he is sick of it and I bet he is not alone.

A lot of Iranians don’t like the mullahs. Well, they better get the fuck out of the way when we come through.

“Thanks ce to the peaceful civil Americans I did not get my ass kicked, mugged, shot…or made dead.”

The woman who cut my hair many years ago, a nice Perian woman, echoed the same sentiments. She was openly wishing for the day the “crazies” would be out of power. The percieved following of the Islamic regime I bet is much more shallow than many believe.
