It was the first we got to see the smart bombs that had cameras in the front of them. The cartoon showed saddam stepping out onto a tenement type roof top and the expression you saw on his face being transmitted back to us. It was not unlike the expression on Wile E. Coyote's face when he realizes he's about to be run over by the Acme truck. The ears droop as the shadow passes over his face.
