					<description>Yeah, unfortunately Taiwan has to rely on non-nuclear means to defend themselves. At least, that's all we know about publicly. It is possible that since they've had a civilian nuclear program for quite some time now that they've already built some nukes secretly, so who knows? They need all the help they can get in the face of such an aggressive enemy as Red China just about 100 miles away.</description>

Maybe 40,000 feet, even that's a bit high for maximum effect for am EMP.
Radiation weakens in distance following an inverse square rule. The closer to the target better.</description>
