This is a perfect example of a man defending his life and property with a legally owned firearm.
The only bad part about all of this is that we the people must now pay to try, incarcerate, cloth and feed this parasite. Too bad the old guy didn’t pop him straight between the lookers and save up the expense. Of course, now the bleeding hearts can now try to make him a usefull part of society
