The beauty of all this is the Iraqi soldiers aren’t hogtied by “rules of engagement” like our soldiers are, and so they can summarily execute an AQ member right in front of God and everybody, with no fear of reprisal or desent from his public.

That is right DC. The Iraqi people have been brutalized by al-Q for a long time. They will mete out justice on an as need basis. I am glad they are getting more and more control every day that goes by. They will make sure that al-Q is not allowed back again after we leave there. All our guys have built so much there. Our guys have taught them what they need to know to do it. Our guys are the best.
