Yep, he’s senile AND corrupt. This guy is so corrupt, the way he steered govamint money to his district, whether it was needed or not. For instance, he set up and puts in earmarks for a National Drug Intelligence Center in his hometown of Johnstown, PA, surely a hotbed of drug activity. There’s already one in DC and on the Mex border, and the GAO called it a waste of money. He’s steered $509 million (that’s right, 1/2 billion with a “b”) to it since it opened 13 years ago. What a piece of work. Wonder what ring Dante would have put him in.
