One thing i dont like about the news, whats up with the reporters telling the stories of our troops then only giving them like 10 seconds to actually talk themselves? I like Fox but this seems to be a bad habit. why not let the Col. tell the story? hes one of the ones doing the ass kicking
November 29th, 2007 at 8:07 amKurt, I agree. MORE TROOPS FACE TIME!
November 29th, 2007 at 8:35 amWhat really chaps my ass is the comments in the opening from the other reporters sitting around the table, saying this “something closer to normal life” and their emphasis on “some Bagdad residents”.As tho there really hasn’t been much effect from the surge, and security isn’t there!
That asshat needs to get with the program! Even Geraldo is speaking well about the security.
November 29th, 2007 at 10:16 amI can’t stand Geraldo but this is good news. C’mon MSM lets hear some more from the troops on the ground damn it. Give them more then 10 seconds to tell the tail.
November 29th, 2007 at 10:30 amGood, now could someone convince him that ILLEGAL immigration and an open border is NOT a good idea and that it’s not about the color of your skin.
November 29th, 2007 at 12:03 pmI really don’t like Geraldo but at least he is trying to do the right thing and get the message out.

Can we classify this as a “No Shit, Sherlock!” moment for Geraldo?
November 29th, 2007 at 1:55 pmGrumpy,
The message only comes out when it’s convenient enough to get ratings. TV news makes every decision on that basis.
