Ron Paul Secures The Pimps & Ho’s Vote
Ron Paul has the backing of The Bunny Ranch. They are even soliciting campaign contributions for him. Looks like the VIP lounge for Ronnie.
RENO, Nevada — Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul, an underdog Texas congressman with a libertarian streak, has picked up an endorsement from a Nevada brothel owner.
Dennis Hof, owner of the Moonlite BunnyRanch near Carson City, says he was so impressed after hearing Paul at a campaign stop in Reno last week that he decided to raise money for him.
Hof and two of his prostitutes, Brooke Taylor and a woman who goes by Air Force Amy, attended a Paul news conference.
The women say they liked Paul’s message, but wanted to learn more about other candidates before making a decision.
Paul spokesman Jeff Greenspan say while Paul does not personally condone prostitution, the candidate does not think it’s the role of the federal government to regulate such activity.
Greenspan says Paul is a diehard supporter of states rights who recognizes that Nevada voters and lawmakers have decided prostitution should be legal in the state.

I absolutely hate this guy, I swear if he were to get the republican nomination I will be making a write in vote for Dora the Explorer.

November 27th, 2007 at 11:17 amThere’s those of us that live on planet Earth (i.e. in reality), and then there’s Ron Paul.
November 27th, 2007 at 12:27 pmOh and see many liberal college students through face book vouching for this guy; big surprise, huh?
November 27th, 2007 at 12:29 pmmore troops support him than any other candidate, as far as money goes.
November 27th, 2007 at 1:27 pm…more troops support him than any other candidate, as far as money goes…
Yeah, and I’ve got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell.

Im not making this up
November 27th, 2007 at 6:21 pmJohn-
Here’s my conspiracy theory. Web donors are asked to give their occupation and employer for donations over $200. I’d bet donuts to dollars that RuPaul’s wacko supporters give $25 at a pop (or multiple increments up to $199) and fill in the occupation/employer info even though it’s not required. They’re falsely reporting the stats so as to claim that servicemembers are supporting him. I can’t get my brain around the possibility that folks in uniform would give hard-earned money to him. I know there are a lot of democrats in the military, but I think I could stomach that easier than Ron Paul groupies masquerading as soldiers.
I may be off base in my assessment, but the fact remains: that dude is NUTS and so are his supporters.
November 27th, 2007 at 6:54 pmLike I said, BS
… The reporters admit, though, that “many contributors do not disclose their occupations, making it difficult to determine the total extent of military contributions to any one candidate.” More importantly, the amount of contributions are incredibly small, hardly proving much of anything….
November 28th, 2007 at 7:25 pmPlease consider contributing on the 16th of December.
Ron Paul needs the publicity of another big fund raising day.
I’m a veteran of the U.S. Air Force active duty (4yrs) and I currently serve as a traditional guardsman in the Air National Guard. All military personnel upon enlistment take the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…” A vote for Rep. Paul does just that. Ron Paul has my support.
There is an obvious media bias and it is sad. Rep. Paul is the one candidate of the crowd who has substantially differing views and he was not given much of a chance to articulate those views. Much time was given to marginal issues and small differences between other candidates’ positions on the issues. I suspect many special interest groups have much to lose if a President Paul had a chance to use his veto pen. This is reflected in the lack of time given to Rep. Paul.
November 28th, 2007 at 8:23 pmYeah deathstar, because that is 100 percent proof. Right? And for him to get the highest in military donations, and for it to be from mostly nuts. He must have a hell of a lot of them… because why aren’t we seeing this from other popular candidates. Yeah, and let’s stop calling people nuts simply because we heavily disagree with them.
November 28th, 2007 at 9:32 pmI’m all for States rights. The Feds got their fingers in too many peoples pies. They should focus on national security and border control.
