What he did do by making those remarks, IMHO, is to incite others to follow suit and mimic Columbine. This could be construed as “Yelling fire in a crowded theater.” It’s a tough call. If he really was being sarcastic then maybe he should be scolded but not in jail. If, however, he was poking fun at conservatives, then he deserves lethal injection.
