RightHandGirl Accepted To George Washington University
Alright, I’ve been leaving everyone out of the drama, mostly because I didn’t want her to feel embarrased if it didn’t work out, but Righthandgirl has wanted to attend George Washington University more than, I don’t know, having an unlimited credit line at Prada, and has been on pins and needles since she submitted her early admissions application. It really was the only university she wanted to go to - anything else would’ve been a disappointment. Just moments ago she got the news that she was accepted. Needless to say, she was incredibly excited, and I am going to do what I can through my friends at Fox News to help her secure an internship at the networks’s D.C. bureau, once she settles in.
( In all fairness to RHG I should note that she is one tough cookie, and she probably wouldn’t have cared that much if she had been rejected with everyone on the site knowing about the whole unfolding process. I don’t want to paint her as some overly delicate flower - she’d probably kick my ass over that one )
Righthandgirl rocks, and I hope everyone offers their congratulations, and wishes her the best in her acadmeic endeavors.
GWU will never be the same. Congratulations!
December 7th, 2007 at 2:01 pmCongrats RHG! Although I must confess I’m not terribly surprised you would make it into a top school. What are you planning on majoring in? I’m going to go out on a limb and say poly sci or journalism.

December 7th, 2007 at 2:57 pmCongratulations, RHG! You have to post to us how it goes at GWU. My daughter is a high school sophomore, but she has really good grades and is already getting college letters. I had shown her your videos before and just now told her about your GWU acceptance. She says she wants to stay in Texas for college, but she will probably change her mind before graduation - that is, unless Texas secedes . . .
Congratulations !!!
December 7th, 2007 at 3:15 pmAlright, we can use every right winger we can get on the East Coast! Congrats! Oh, and beware of the traffic, and all the BS involved inside the Beltway. Needless to say, you’ll be exposed to a buncha crap in your classrooms.

December 7th, 2007 at 3:53 pmGood luck RHG.
I used to party with my friends who went to school there. Its a very liberally minded school. But then again, the majority of schools these days are.

December 7th, 2007 at 5:04 pmHey,
first, I was surprised to hear how young you are! I realize that girls mature faster than boys, but the way you express yourself so well and entertainingly I might add, bodes well for your future.
I believe GWU has Thomas Sowell on its faculty? Is that right? If so you can glean many wonderful things from his brilliant mind.
Whatever you major in, do your best to stick to what you know to be true, ignore the idiotic ramblings of the various communists you will come across(faculty and students)keep your nose to the grindstone and pursue excellence always (unlike what I did in university.
Success!
December 7th, 2007 at 5:32 pmWell done RHG!!! You are going to do very, very well, of this we have no doubt! Congratulations.

My daughter is currently a junior (communications major) at GWU. She loves DC and the school. Your biggest problem there will be chosing among many great opportunities. Follow your heart.

Congratulations from The Netherlands!!!!
You’ve got a great future ahead of you.
And I’m a 1000% sure you’ll make a “big hit” one day. (First female president of The United States?????)
Just wondering. Are we motherfuckers witnessing the next big step of a prommissing young woman in her life?
