All those hands needing to be greased.  Here in Philadelphia they call it 'pay to play'.  Sometimes the Feds are able to gather enough evidence to lock one of them up every once in a while.  So many hands, so little time.</description>

					<description>id just like to say behind all the brass and sheiks that are taking credit for the great turn around in the west al anbar prov. in towns like hit, stood a marine team of fifteen(the forgotten 15)A.K.A  ptt hit. they got there in early 06 when there was no police station in the 5 surrounding citys. through long and hard days the area was calmed by those 15 mens blood, sweat, and tears. you never read about them or there victories, but let it be known that the forgotten 15 was put in front of a mountian of a mission. they we told that they were out manned and out gunned. they decided not to climb that mountian,but knock it down. AND THEN THERE WAS PEACE. MUCH LOVE BROTHERS.  OUT</description>
