Giuliani is very informed about the factors concerned in stabilizing peace amongst the Irish, Italians, Jews and Blacks; but I’m not so sure he understands the intricacies of the Islamic mentality enough to pull off the same melting pot scenario? Maybe he could, I just don’t know!
