Tiger Eats And Shreds Human Christmas Presents
Dude…one of the guys they found alive was next to the tiger when they came upon it and when the victim moved, the tiger attacked him again, then made threatening moves on the cops, so they shot him.
This tiger mauled one of its trainers last year, you never want to allow one of these types to live after tasting human blood. I mean, the tiger is one of my favorite animals, but they will fucking maul you and treat you like a cat treats a caught mouse. Not pretty.
I have to tell you…I would not be surprised to hear that the three guys attacked were taunting the tiger beforehand. Christmas Day, guys in their 20’s, the only way a tiger would be able to jump a 20 wall would be if it was really freakin’ pissed off.
Just a thought. Could be wrong.
SAN FRANCISCO - Investigators trying to determine how a tiger escaped its enclosure at the San Francisco Zoo - killing one visitor and mauling two others on Christmas - planned a thorough sweep of the zoo grounds Wednesday to look for clues.
Authorities did not believe more people were attacked, but they wanted to inspect the area in the daylight. Zoo officials were still uncertain how long the Siberian tiger, the same one that mauled a zookeeper last year, was loose before being shot dead.
The three men who were attacked Tuesday while visiting the zoo were in their 20s, police spokesman Steve Mannina said. The attack occurred just after the 5 p.m. closing time, on the east end of the 125-acre grounds.
They suffered “pretty aggressive bite marks,” Mannina said.
The Siberian tiger, named Tatiana, was the same giant cat that attacked a zookeeper just about a year ago during a public feeding, said Robert Jenkins, the zoo’s director of animal care and conservation.
The approximately 300-pound female did not leave through an open door, Jenkins said. But he could not explain how it escaped - the tiger’s enclosure is surrounded by a 15-foot-wide moat and 20-foot-high walls.
“There was no way out through the door,” Jenkins said. “The animal appears to have climbed or otherwise leaped out of the enclosure.”
The first attack happened right outside the Siberian’s enclosure - the victim died at the scene. A group of four officers came across his body when they made their way into the dark zoo grounds, Mannina said.
The second victim was about 300 yards away, in front of the Terrace Cafe. The man was sitting on the ground, blood running from gashes in his head and Tatiana sitting next to him.
The cat attacked the man again, Mannina said. The officers approaching the tiger with their handguns. Tatiana moved in their direction and several of the officers fired, killing the animal.
Only then did they see the third victim, who had also been mauled.

we saw that in the actualities ;
well seems that the tiger had the ” Christmas blues” ; anyway one can’t say the animals aren’t intelligent ; Tatiana managed to escape from human good survey, or was there a human failure ?

December 26th, 2007 at 2:52 pmIt’s been reported all day that there is strong suspicion that the three did in some way torment the tiger. If so,score one for the tiger. Oh, wait, the tiger had to get shot. Dam. I’ve never had the time to spend as much time as I have since I’ve had my cat. I rescued her from an abandoned storefront where I used to live before I was able to make my escape from a part of Philadelphia where one didn’t go out after sundown. She was already about 9 to 12 months old then in Nov ‘04. I moved in Apr ‘05. She was already a pretty stable cat, I think she appreciated the completely different lifestyle. In the almost three years we’ve been out here and since I don’t have to go out to work I’ve been amazed at how vocal this cat is. I’m not talking about meows. It’s a variety of a combination of differing sounds that seem to be in response to what I’m saying. Yeah, I talk to my cat, “gotta’ problem with that”? In all seriousness cats are as responsive in their way as dogs, but, with a lot of vocalizations. I really think they can talk, they just don’t do it in front of people. One day instead of head butts to wake me up to feed her, someday she’s just going to say, “get you ass out of bed and feed me”.

“le chat te mène par le bout du nez”
the pair would make a good report for an animals TV program
December 26th, 2007 at 3:36 pmWonder how many Islamo-shit-for-brains the tiger is now mauling for his cut of the 72 Virgins?
December 26th, 2007 at 3:40 pmThat’s intense - I do think they must have pissed off the cat!
December 26th, 2007 at 7:21 pmThey probably let it out of the cage for a lark. Some lark!
December 26th, 2007 at 10:29 pmAccording to the info, three whole minutes, that’s 180 seconds, went by at least between zoo acknowledgement of the tiger attack and the call to 911, because they assumed it was a prank or related type of info. The guy who reported it to officials was left outside the cafe, with the tiger on the loose, while the people at the zoo hunkered down in safety, refusing to unlock the door and let him in! No alarms or alerts were sounded to let the public know of the danger. Failure to warn. The zoo lied about the height of the wall, only 12 feet, not 16, not 20. They actually had guns there for doing the animal control themselves but failed to use them. Why were there no security patrol on the premises trained for this type of disaster? the only thing I am hearing is that they are actually reopening the zoo without having some kind of alert system, without additional security, and after blatantly lying about the height of their own wall. And, they are busy blaming the victims, who may or may not have been taunting, but what if an 8 year old or a five year old was taunting, do you think it makes any difference? The zoo should know that idiots pay for tickets too, and thereby the zoo was at least negligently responsible for the damage and death, because they should have security personnel there to monitor crowd behavior, and better walls, and all the things I have mentioned. I believe that people should go on strike and not attend the zoo until such time as they have apologized, fixed the wall, trained personnel for the emergency, crowd patrol, and places for the public to escape in case of another emergency. I mean, it’s like the Titanic; they didn’t have any “lifeboats”!
