I am very disappointed that our foreign policy and foreign policy makers are so ineffectual they can’t exert pressure on our “ally” Saudi Arabia to stop the export of their bad seeds to Iraq.
December 21st, 2007 at 10:12 amWell, so much for the tired screed of “poverty produces terrorists.” A bunch of filthy rich, spoiled Saudi teenage fanatics doesn’t fit that paradigm, does it?
December 21st, 2007 at 10:21 amNo one needs to say anything really. We all KNOW what we should have done the day after we had the passenger lists on 9/11.
That we didn’t makes the US the biggest bunch of whores the planet has ever seen.
December 21st, 2007 at 10:49 amTime to take a stern approach to how we deal with Saudi Arabia.
December 21st, 2007 at 1:35 pmi’m sorry but we should give thse pukes in saudi their last warning. clean house NOW or WE WILL (including those pukes). then take their oil fields for not listening

Your comment is not that unlike Obama suggesting the U.S. should move right in and fight in Pakistan without regard to internal Pakistani concerns. I’ve listened to Musharraf speak several times, understand the delicate situation he is in, and I completely disagree with you, and Obama. The same applies to Saudi Arabia in many ways, they are tight-rope walking. BUT, I do think they are hypocrites and have set a double standard in the Middle-East where Israel and relations with the West are concerned. Something does need to change, but rushing into Saudi Arabia to change things to our desires would blow this whole fanatical Muslim problem way out of proportion.
December 21st, 2007 at 3:20 pmThe subtle suggestion that Mecca and Medina are at risk if the United States is attacked by any mussie group might sober the Saudis. A President Duncan Hunter would have the balls to do just that.
The main problem with SA is that they are so filthy rich they no longer need to be smart. Exporting their trouble is a natural. Mexico does it everyday.

Subtle suggestion? LoL. Do you guys even think this bullshit through!? And what if, in like, Saudi Arabia threatened to officially endorse and actively export wahhabi/salifist jihadists upon Iraq and any American occupied region if any American Christian missionaries were caught proselytizing in Mecca and Medina? Would that be something America could even control? Nope, we couldn’t! And so, the ultimatum would be disastrous to make, either way. There are people who would take that as an invitation to flirt with making this war EXPLODE upon us all! If you think it can’t get worse, you’re OH SO VERY WRONG!!!
