I doubt if the VA would do that one for free. But, the Philadelphia VA is a teaching hospital for the University of Pennsylvania. Somebody may want to experiment. If I am willing to pay for it they'll probably try. I'll be 90 in 30 years, if it works, great, if not, well, it's time to go. Franchie, well, guess I’ll have to save more.
