Great Example Of MSM Liberal Bias

Always go positive, this is sound advice for someone speaking in public. If you pay attention to the debates, you’ll catch it from the savvy ones. I remember catching Hillary doing it last week, she was giving and answer and said: “I have never done-” then she quickly, and almost imperceptibly said “-I have always tried to…”
I know, tough without context, but I can’t remember the exact thing she was talking about. But it is the sign of someone who has spent a good deal of time speaking to audiences/congregations etc. Huckabee is good at doing it also. What you never want to do is subliminally send a negative signal via your words to the listener, always spin positive.
And CNN cannot plead ignorance to this pillar of a public speaking foundation in this case, but Newsbusters caught the candidates’ bios over at CNN.com recently and this is how they worded their bios:
John McCain: The U.S. senator from Arizona ran for the GOP presidential nomination in 2000, but lost to George W. Bush.
Mitt Romney: The former Massachusetts governor made an unsuccessful run for the U.S. Senate in 1994.
Rudy Giuliani: The two-term mayor of New York City once ran for the U.S. Senate, but dropped out in 2000.

Hillary Clinton: The former first lady is now in her second term as the junior senator from New York.
Barack Obama: The former lawyer and state senator won a U.S. Senate seat in Illinois in 2004.

Bash, you kill me man. And, I will be watching this Bloomberg post above. I don’t know enough to have an opinion on who he hurts worst, but I think he may smell blood in the water, as the major candidates are so lame, especially if McCain beats out Romney.

January 31st, 2008 at 3:24 pmI read “Bias” by Bernard Goldberg and he pointed out that when you read or hear any media report regarding a politician, if the individual is a Republican it will be listed after their name, but if the individual is a Democrat that will be omitted and that is especially if the politician is in some sort of trouble. I started watching and it is soooooooooooooo true.
