January 19th, 2008 at 12:48 pmIraqi troop quality is very, very uneven and their NCO corps is not nearly fully developed. I would be very surprised if this video wasn’t selected to highlight the least capable among them. We should know better than to trust a media source like this. The less capable units there are known to be the biggest “show-boaters” because they don’t have quality NCOs to deal with that.
