I think the babe is Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, daughter of the late King Hussein of Jordan. The Princess is the “junior wife” (I think that roughly translates into pleasure wife - senior wife being chief baby maker) of Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, as well as the Ruler of Dubai who is seated on the other side of Bush.
