Saw something like this, a country bowing to a this religion’s practices over the country’s laws, in Germany in a judge’s ruling about Muslim woman wanting to divorce her Muslim hisband because he beat her and she felt her life was threatened … judge said, “No divorce … The man has a right to practice his religious beliefs …” and the wife was later killed by the husband.

This whole debate is similar to the question of whether or not rape is about sex, or control. Well, it’s control through sex, and I’ll only agree with you on religion as far as to say, it’s social order through religion. But you can’t take religion out of that equation. And, I disagree with you on the rights from God nonsense for America, and the secularism here in America, in government, is one of the greatest things about America ~ whether you’re religious or NOT!
