February 26th, 2008 at 9:24 amSSgt Gilyeat was a part of my unit before I went on my first deployment, he left for his second while I was preparing for my second so I hadn’t seen him since early 2004. I got to participate in the unveiling ceremony and after hearing everything he had been through, being there to see him see his new home was amazing. He is an OUTSTANDING Marine!!!
