Here’s how it might be possible to wage a perfect opposition against domestic jihad. There is no point in going after mosques or Islam in general. Islam’s most offensive cultural doctrines must be addressed in particular, not with an attack as such, but more of an aggressive defense.

1. Help people in violent family situations escape abusive households. Give them shelter and protect them from their relatives. In the long term, teach them to protect themselves.

2. Protect those who exercise free speech in the criticism or satire of religious or ideological groups. In the long term, teach them to protect themselves.

3. Protect people, residences, and businesses that may be subjected to gang-related or gang-like intimidation tactics, in effort to obstruct the formation of lawless gang territory. In the long term, teach them to protect themselves.

Each of these ventures by themselves would catch a variety of scum, but I expect there to be one common denominator.

Perhaps it might be wise to keep a supply of ceremonial bacon handy.

While some of the comments here are over the top with violence, I have a simple yet provacative solution. We can all agree that terrorists are mainly funded by Oil Producing Countries who are run by dictators and are Islamic, right? Solution: Do what Ronny did to the USSR; Out spend them and dry up the cash flow. How, do you ask? Easy, instead of out spending the Soviets in miltary things, like Mr. Reagan, dump huge sums into alternative fuel sources like corn, etc. Wait now before you yell at me for being some kind of environmentalist. When we have the means to be independent of oil, period, and produce our own energy, we can then export the technology and even the energy to other countries. This then takes the money away from OPEC and in turn the terrorists, and puts it in our pocket to defend and better this country. Most importantly, this is do-able right now precisely BECAUSE of the left in this country. Its like how the Fed got the mobsters - follow the money and stop the flow.

On a different note, people by me almost destroyed a mosque on the South Side of Chicago back on 9/11. There were all sorts of Americans there - black, getto, hill-billy, mexican, etc. The scene was barely stopped. I can only imagine the kind of unifying force an actual attack on the ground in US would cause. Imagine a redneck with the 30/30 next to the gangbanger with glock capping as many Islamofacists as possible to protect our towns, cities, and homes.
