Of course, we all know, that no matter what successes we see with the Surge in Iraq, they will always find something to latch on to so that they won’t have to say they were wrong about the Surge a year ago. You know, something like “The Surge isn’t a success because it caused us to argue about it….

This is exactly why we’ve heard nothing form the MSM and the Dems (or is it Dims) about the surge lately - you can’t argue results like these. Even the most radical libs know that trying to argue against the results of the surge would make them look like raving idiots. They are of course, they just don’t want us to see it.

They hold a shiny object (Brittany Spears etc) and say “OH LOOK over here” when the important advances we have made in Iraq are buried. The average American hasn’t got a clue and that is how the media wants to keep them.

Now, the dems will do everything humanly possible to un-do its successes, especially after one of them is sworn in in Jan 09–expect those trend lines to reverse. Also, where is the reporting on the Iraqi political situation? What is the status? Even if it’s bad, we need to know. Yet, the MSM has lost interest, because then they would have to admit during the story that the surge worked. I like this symbol–just a random use of it.
