Video: Huckabee On SNL - AP’s Alleged “Emarrasment” Was Clearly Staged
AP didn’t seem to get the joke…

This was a good gig for The Huckster. He should consider it as a new career. His timing was as good as the cast member. Politics he can forget.
February 24th, 2008 at 5:45 amIt’s even funnier that the AP has egg on their face.
February 24th, 2008 at 7:36 amAfter watching that it is so blatantly clear that the AP is now hiring Chimpanzees to write their news stories.
Its just one more in a long line of stories that make me wonder if they ever do any proof reading, fact checking, or have any editorial function involving their stories.
February 24th, 2008 at 12:20 pmWhat’s even funnier is that this story leaves out the lines about the super delegates and him expecting those votes for him. The whole skit was obviously set up and I think Mike pulled it off well. THE CROWD GOT IT, HELLO ??!!
And for those who aren’t familiar, Huckabee only has to keep McCain from getting the 1,191 delegates to force a brokered convention where anyone can get the nomination. But the GOP is so scared of a brokered convention that all of their spokesman and pundits (Hey, Karl, you liar, are you listening?) won’t talk about the possibility of a brokered convention being forced by Huckabee.
Oh well, It was a funny joke, the guy just made some fun of himself and everyone had a laugh. These guys need to lighten up a little.
February 24th, 2008 at 12:48 pmRegarding the AP not getting it - you have to remember that liberals have no sense of humor.
I haven’t watched SNL for 10 years, and I have to say I thought the skit was pretty funny.
February 24th, 2008 at 7:11 pmAP account shows just how sorry what passes for journalism has gotten. Whoever wrote that never saw the skit, only heard about it probably 2nd or 3rd hand.
