What this boils down to is that “Mr. Campaign Finance Reform” is using a side organization (called The Reform Institute) to receive donations larger than what are allowed to his campaign, to pay members of his campaign staff “off the books” of the campaign. Those donating to The Reform Institute include noted Conservatives [sarcasm alert] George Soros and Teresa Heinz Kerry.
What a hypocrite. I didn’t think my opinion of him could go any lower. Don’t get me wrong, I expect most candidates do such, but for “Mr. Campaign Finance Reform” to be doing so is despicable.
For those of you in South Carolina (like me), note that SC Senator Lindsey Graham is on the “Advisory Board” of The Reform Institute.
