I wonder just how they plan to get hold of enough of these for every protester when the company requires a background check for every person and has to send a passcode to activate the tasers.

Also the cost to outfit every protestor will be far more than thiese dumbasses are willing to spend.

Personally I would be more inclined to believe that the protesters would be all givin a handgun, before I’d believe some puke would pop for several hundred tasers.

As for this recreate 68 horseshit. it will be interesting to see how many of them actually come out and to see how fast todays law enforcement will react to them given that they have plenty of time to prepare. I hope they get squashed

They tried this shit in NYC during the ‘04 convention. Hundreds, if not thousands, got the shit kicked out of them and spent the weekend in a cage. Denver might let them pull shit, but I doubt St. Paul will. I haven’t know very many guys from Minnesota, but none of them seemed like hand-wringing types.

I’m hoping the cops have the OC foggers ready. Looks like a slightly overweight fire extinguisher except it puts out a small cloud of OC. Oleoresin Capsicain being in my opinion worse than tasering since tasering ends when you let up on the button. OC goes away in half an hour or so and then reactivates when you take a shower.

So I figure a few days after getting sprayed these guys are in for a fun suprise.

I was thinking the same thing. Another question is, what does a cop do if he/she sees a hippie tasing somebody for no apparent reason? If somebody tried to tase me and I was armed, I’d surely put a new hole in them.
