Breaking: House Democrats In Florida Reject Mail-In Re-Do
Statement just issued:
“We are committed to working with the DNC, the Florida State Democratic party, our Democratic leaders in Florida, and our two candidates to reach an expedited solution that ensures our 210 delegates are seated. Our House delegation is opposed to a mail-in campaign or any redo of any kind.”
(Marc Ambinser’s Blog at Atlantic)
wow you could actually call this democratic fiscal responsibility of sorts. with the rejection of the do-over it saved tens of millions of dollars. the low end estimate of a full re-do(not mail in) would have been around 25 million.
March 11th, 2008 at 9:43 pmWhat does Howard Dean do now? All these talking points from candidates to the DNC and now the locals telling them to stick it.
March 12th, 2008 at 2:35 amThe democrat party has sucsesfully negated the primary voters from two whole states.
Behold the RESULTS of a liberal run democracy.
Imagine what brilliance they’ll display with control of all three government branches.
Where’s the puke emoticon.
