PRINCE William is to serve on the front line aboard a Royal Navy warship, The Sun can reveal.
Detailed plans are being drawn up for the future King to fight for his country at his own request — like his war hero brother Harry, 23, who was flying home from Afghanistan last night.
Army officer Wills, 25, will be commissioned into the Navy and serve on a frigate or destroyer in one of the world’s trouble spots for at least 30 days later this year.
The Sun knows exact details of where and when Navy top brass are considering sending William.
But we have agreed to withhold key information to protect him and his sailor comrades.

March 1st, 2008 at 3:58 amI don’t think that this has been an overnight decision as far as Harry’s service is concerned. It was difficult for Harry to get what he wanted, but they relented and sent him, because they have been refered to in the press as “The Heir & The Spare” for years.
There was another douche on O’Reilly saying what Drudge did was the right thing, & he implid that Harry wasn’t really fighting, which in my opinion is why left despises military service; It exposes their inferiority when it comes to a noble calling that they know they could never fulfill, be it the military, or other callings, essentially proving they are vapid & honorless.
I think Harry is cut of the type of cloth that now he has the soldiering bug, I wouldn’t be surprised if he disappeared for several months again emerging from perhaps SAS selection.
So good on them for serving their country, maybe it will inspire more young Brits that serving isn’t such a bad deal.
The irony here is that there mother didn’t want either to serve in the military, but if she were alive today I think she would be fearful for her two boys, like all mothers whose boys are in harm’ way, but would also be immensely proud.

The political Correct liberal loony brigade, just make me sick!
I just read some of the comments in the daily mail, regards fanatics targeting Harry.
They are a disgrace to their country, as is anyone else that fails to recognise the significant
effort that has been made by Harry in raising the morale of our troops where ever they are
serving.
The morale of the British troops has never been at such a low ebb, due to assaults that they have
had to endure from all sides.
They have been stretched to the limit, in active duty in some of the most inhospitable places on
earth.
They have faced the enemy and needlessly lost lives due to a deliberate underfunding by this
treacherous government.
And they have also come under attack from people within our own country, who with their complete
misguided and ignorant actions have probably wrought the WORST damage on our brave men and women
on the front line.
At a time when our brave heroes needed and should have been receiving support from the people of
this nation, some deluded individuals were more concerned with playing politics, and actively
engaged in undermining the efforts of our brave men and women.
And that could not have dealt a more sickening blow than if you had just nuked half the armed
forces.
This pathetic and dangerous game of conspiracy theories and anti-war garbage, that was conceived
by the democrats in the USA ad the loony Liberals in this country and their buddies in Europe,
has got to stop and be recognised for what it is!
It is a deliberate ploy on behalf of these marxist liberals to undermine not just our armed
forces, but also to bring about a shift of power that will result in us having to rely on Europe
for our defence.
YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES..
Those of you who got caught up in this nonsense, need to sort yourselves out, and just think very
carefully what your next step is going to be.
Are you going to redeem yourselves and put just as much effort into rebuilding that which you
have so eagerly destroyed and help this nation get back on its feet, or are you going bow out
like a coward.
Its time for the British Patriot of this country to stand up and be counted!
We need men and women with some backbone and sound moral fibre, we have had a belly full of this
Lunacy that we have endured since this crackpot loony brigade came to power.

The very young Army Ranger I know who was killed several months ago … had just stepped off the plane in Baghdad, was walking across the tarmac with his group … and a sniper shot him dead …
We have lost most of our guys, not while they were exchanging in a “fire-fight” with the sons of bitches, but by simply driving along a road where an IED quietly waited … One of my other Marines NEARLY lost both feet and an arm to one of these shittin’ things, and his Humvee driver DID lose his arm …
For someone, anyone, to imply that ANYONE in theater in a war, particularly these two wars, is somehow ‘not in real danger’ is just a fucking clueless asshole.
Harry was calling in strikes on enemy positions … The enemy ain’t THAT dumb … They’d be looking to take out such a command post and leave the infantry in the field blind and deaf …
