Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport, American Cancels Most Flights - Funnel Clouds Spotted
Big holiday (Spring Break) travel weekend coming up and due to the tornado problems, airline schedules are suffering.
Fox News Just reported Dallas Ft. Worth cancelled all flights for the rest of today, over 700 flights…they even evacuated their control tower at one point today when a funnel cloud was spotted nearby.
If you are planning on flying this weekend…might I suggest you start earlier than previously planned?

My father, a WWII Veteran (AF Ret MSgt), passed away yesterday (age 89). My daughter was on her way from Seattle (Dallas-Ft Worth) to Oklahoma City and was deverted to Denver. She will probably not arrive until tomorrow now. Thankfully she should arrive for her grandpa’s funeral on Thus.
I come to this site daily and is my favorite. My son-in-law is British Army (due to retire in 2010) and is going to Afghanistan on May 10th. Years ago he was in Bosnia.
BTW it scares me to death being alone and wouldn’t mind you guys nearby with one of those guns. (I’m 60+ and I don’t know how to get that symbol in this text.
