No regard for collateral damage…hell, they put the bomb in a playground! What kind of collateral damage might be inflicted there? Only one kind, children.

Bangkok, Thailand- Members of Jemaah Islamiyah, a radical muslim extremist group in southern Thailand, detonated a bomb at a playground in Bannang Sata district in Yala southern province, Thailand’s restive area, injuring eight children, including three seriously on Monday, Thai local media reports say.
According to chief Methi Kanachanphuwa, the incident happened around 11 a.m. local time, the bomb was left inside a motorcycle at the back of the house near a playground when it exploded in Bannang Sata, Yala.
The children were sitting in the house resting while the others were playing in the playground when the bomb exploded.
The rebels were believed to have timed the bomb to explode when a police patrol vehicle pass the area, but no troopers were injured in the incident, Methi said.

Hm; Google “perfidy” and “Geneva”, and do some reading. Even deliberatly EXPOSING civilians to attack is “perfidy”. Against perfidious opponents, you are required to take reasonable and feasible precautions, but any resultant harm to civilians is ENTIRELY the fault of the perfidious combatant. Not what the MSM et al. are communicating, is it?
