Madeleine Albright: Iraq War Greatest Disaster In U.S. History
March 27, 2008 11:05 PM
Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright told a group of University of Florida students that the U.S. invasion of “Iraq is going to go down in history as the greatest disaster in American foreign policy. Now, that’s quite a statement, because it means I think it is worst than Vietnam. Not in the number of Americans who died, or Vietnamese versus Iraqis, but in terms of those unintended consequences. And the biggest unintended consequence in Iraq is Iran. I think one might say that actually Iran has actually won the war in Iraq.”
Albright could not be immediately reached for comment on why she’s supporting the Democratic presidential candidate who voted for “the greatest disaster in American foreign policy” over one who opposed it.
Dimentia is a terrible condition, often times those poor souls suffering the worst have no idea that they in fact, have no brain.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:19 pmA mind is a terrible thing to waste. I hope the old bat gets some decent care at the nursing home.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:22 pmhelen thomas? is that you?
March 27th, 2008 at 8:25 pmSee how having your head in your ass all the time can totally make you look like an aged gecko?
March 27th, 2008 at 8:25 pmDenghis (ibm al Himar)
While head is in ass, not only can one not see but the brain runs out of life giving oxygen, almost like a self choke hold or maybe more like autoerotic self asphyxiation.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:35 pmI’m sure there are those in France who thought helping the Americans during their fight for independence from Britain was the greatest disaster for them….I’m thankful idiots don’t always get their way….
March 27th, 2008 at 8:36 pmWhy doesn’t that old bitch just croak already. She is one of the fucking reasons 9/11 occurred. Stupid bitch.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:41 pmThe “Clinton Facade” has crumbled…
It was the Clinton administration and Albright herself that attained more information on Iraq then ANY other administration.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:42 pmWhen you feel the GOO of the Dem seat touching your ass. And then when you get your Ass Booted out. You do everything In your power To feel that GOO Dem seat fealing again, At our Tax Dollar Expence!!!
March 27th, 2008 at 8:45 pmI’m sick and tired of this Broad…check that…”Broad” would be a compliment, in this case… I’m sick and tired of this Idiot Bitch
She’s been trying to weaken and take down the USA a notch at a time since she first appeared on the public scene in the 1990’s, because she believes the USA shouldn’t be as economically and Militarily powerful and prosperous as it is, not to mention the level of freedom and liberty we Americans enjoy.
“Madam Albright”, don’t drop dead…just go away…please.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:47 pmThe greatest disaster in US history was the concessions the Clinton administration gave to the North Koreans, and this was done largely due to her policies.
March 27th, 2008 at 9:03 pmThe greatest disaster in American history was the conessions that the Clinton administration gave to the North Koreans, which was in large part do to her misguided policies.
March 27th, 2008 at 9:08 pmThe fumes of her having her head up her ass has created the feeling of superiority and grandeur like the Oracles of Delphi.Yes it’s true, farts kill Brain Cells.
March 27th, 2008 at 9:09 pmI always knew she was hideous but that pic makes her look as though her neck had vomited a full-sized state dinner. Why the Hell is it that all these retired liberals feel the need to come out of the nursing home from time to time to make their presence felt….or in many cases, smelled? They’re retired! Let them play bingo, golf, or watch Oprah!
March 27th, 2008 at 9:41 pmDear Maddie,
Please burn in hell.

March 27th, 2008 at 11:29 pmIs this the same conference as the one with Colin Powell and Kissinger? Because if it, then omg.
March 28th, 2008 at 12:50 amwe don’t know yet, how history will relate these facts, we’ll have to wait till the spirits are appeased, then one or two generations
now the “M Albrightless”, is the typical contemptful and arrogant specie that the ost block bred ; they were the supposed brains elite ; the rest of the population was labelled as “quantité négligeable”, thus just good to be wasted in science tests, in space tests, wars, mines, Siberie… that was the “equality” that the Russian communism created
March 28th, 2008 at 3:46 amLet history judge whether the Iraq invasion was the worst mistake in American foreign policy, it’s too early to tell. History has already judged her administrations foreign policy as naive and ineffectual. For her to undermine our foreign policy in an ongoing war situation is typical of her ilk, putting political gain ahead of national interest.

March 28th, 2008 at 3:51 amWow. And here I was thinking that Madeleine Albright was the greatest disaster in American foreign policy.
March 28th, 2008 at 4:11 amThis is a fool only a liberal could love. That being said, She and the rest of the Anti American crowd continue their call in support of Radical Islam’s victory throught out the world.
March 28th, 2008 at 4:12 amThis woman comes from the Administration that gave China missile and nuclear hardware and technology. From her comes the great moral victory of a nuclear armed North Korea. From her comes the hardware and technology that has gone from China to North Korea to Pakistan to Iran to………………….
This fool has armed the communist/Islamic states for all time.
This fool has put American soldiers and their families on a lifetime call to duty while she, and other libs, stab them in the back.
Wow. And here I was thinking that Madeleine Albright was the greatest disaster in American foreign policy.
I’m glad she corrected me on that.

No, the greatest disaster in our history was the Civil War because the democrats of that time would rather have destroyed our country and shed the blood of their own brothers than give up on slavery!
March 28th, 2008 at 5:54 amjdunn, I agree with you that the greatest disaster in U.S. history was the civil war. However, your oversimplification of the reasons for which it was fought is quite insulting, not to the people or Democrats, but to history itself. I would ask that you read the previous one hundred years of debate between federalists and anti-federalists to learn more about a war that had been brewing for just as long.
Madeleine Albright also seems to be forgetting her history. If I were in her shoes, I would be too embarrassed of my own political blunders to publicly condemn the developments of an ongoing situation.
March 28th, 2008 at 7:26 amHer face is a disaster.
March 28th, 2008 at 7:57 amDementia is alive and well. Problem is, this broad has had it her entire career. The only reason we have to suffer such a fool is because of the MSM. She gives proof to the phrase: …ignorance is now considered a point of view…
March 28th, 2008 at 8:02 amFunctioning mind or better not, Madeline Not-So-Bright will always find a home with the the raging grannies
Friday laughs — Secretary of State Madeleine Albright was mistaken for a maid during last year’s peace negotiations for Kosovo in Rambouillet, France. According to a report in the “New York Daily News,” the Secretary of State at first wasn’t recognized by the Albanian delegation when she walked into their room.
“One member of the delegation, who didn’t realize who she was, and probably thinking she was some cleaning lady because it was after midnight, simply said to her, ‘Give us five minutes and please go away,’” recalled Albanian diplomat Dugagjin Gorani in War on Europe, a British TV program. Instead, Albright exploded in rage, swearing at the group, according to the reports.
“Mrs. Albright started using explicit language which the translators never could translate into Albanian,” says Veton Surroi, another member of the delegation.
March 28th, 2008 at 8:06 amThe problem with all libs like the old bat featured above is that she doesn’t freaking even read history. After selling MIRV technology to China and nuke technology to NK, she ain’t got any room to talk about disasters. That bitch is a walking sisaster waiing for a victim.
Let’s not forget also that she’s the one who gathered the intel on Saddam that all her Dhimoid buddies in Congress were using throughout the 90’s to rail against Saddam.
The biggest disaster in US modern history was Kennedy’s follies. The Bay of Pigs gave the Soviets the idea that Kennedy was weak…which led to the Berlin crisis and the Cuban missile crisis.
Not sure if the civil war reaches the level of stupidity that Kennedy rose to. The civil war was avoided in the 1780’s 1790’s and 1850’s by caving in to southern demands in order to keep the union together.
If the war hadn’t been fought in the 1860’s it would have been fought in the 1870’s or beyond. That was was inevitable…as is this war against Nazi Islamofacism.
And I wish that woman would get a new face. Gawd she’s ugly.
March 28th, 2008 at 8:57 amrofl phil thank you for that story
March 28th, 2008 at 9:39 amThe bitch should shut up. She is one of the few who are a 100% responsible for over 7000 Muslim men and boys who were slaughtered by the Serbs.
(All in good perspective, these over 7000 were not the kind of Muslims that try to create Eurabia these days. Remember Srebreniça happened in 1995. By now the former Yugoslavia has been ‘invaded’ by extremist Muslims and Imams just as the rest from Europe. One might as the question: What did the Serbs knew then we didn’t.)
Amongst her the other responsibles were General Janvier and former president Bill Clinton.
I dare to say that she is a war-criminal and should shut-the-f*ck-up
Dan (The Infidel):
March 28th, 2008 at 11:19 amHelp me out on this one:
He who is clean of sins, cast the first stone……………
Hypocrical, coming from someone who should be charged along with Bill and Wesley Clark with violating International Law for the illegal invasion of Yugoslavia.
She should also be charged with obstruction of justice in the investigation of the Foster murder case. Guess it’s a good thing she is not a Republican.
Don’t forget her title to some as “The Butcher of Waco. And Wesley Clark

March 28th, 2008 at 11:32 amBTW, I wonder if they know Serbia is 85% - 90% Christian

March 28th, 2008 at 11:35 amWas the mooselimb call to prayer berserking in the background as she spoke?
March 28th, 2008 at 12:22 pmJeanet,
Srebrenica was politically sacrified since the beginnings, by first, the muslims government of Sarjevo, by the Un offices, by the US… General Janvier was conforming to the political decisions
“Madeleine Albright suggested this exchange on numerous occasions to Izetbegovic, based on the proposals of the Contact Group. The truth is that both the Americans and President Izetbegovic had tacitly agreed that it made no sense to insist in maintaining these isolated enclaves in a divided Bosnia…In 1995, the month before the military operation in Srebrenica, Alexander Vershbow, Special Assistant to President Clinton stated that ‘America should encourage the Bosnians to think in terms of territories with greater coherence and compactness”
“In taking sides in the conflict, the US eschewed the role of the honest broker and undermined three UN and European Community negotiated settlements which could have prevented the war altogether in March of 1992, (the Lisbon Plan) or ended it in late 1992 or 1993 (the Vance-Owen and Owen-Stoltenberg plans). While the public impression is that the US brought the war to a halt, a wealth of evidence suggests that by undermining diplomatic efforts by others, the US bears a great responsibility for the length of the conflict and the suffering by all sides.”
Though the Dutchs didn’t show their “nuts” :
“The Dutch soldiers operating under the auspices of the UN have been criticized for their part in failing to protect the Bosniak refugees in the safe haven. Commander Thomas Karremans, who was in charge of Dutch troops in Srebrenica at the time, was filmed drinking a toast with genocide suspect and Serb general Ratko Mladić during the bungled negotiations on the fate of civilian population grouped in Potočari.”
“The besieged forces could have easily defended the enclave, at least for much longer, if they had been well led. It proved convenient to let the enclave fall in this manner. Since the enclave was doomed to fall, it was preferable to let this happen in the most beneficial manner possible. But this would only have been viable if Sarajevo had political initiative and freedom of movement, which would never occur at the negotiating table. The deliberate fall of the enclave might appear to be an act of terrible machiavellian orchestration, but the truth is that the Sarajevo government had much to gain, as proved to be the case. Srebrenica was not a zero-sum game. The Serbians won a military victory but with highly negative political side-effects, which helped result in their definitive ostracization”
yeah, even the muslims didn’t want to protect Srebrenica :
“The Muslims not only refused to fight to defend themselves, they forced others to fight on their behalf. In one instance, the commander of a Dutch vehicle decided after conversations with ABiH to pass the barrier. A Muslim soldier threw a hand grenade whose fragments mortally wounded him. The only UN soldier to die in the Srebrenica offensive, was killed by the Muslims”
about the number of the victims : ya muslim propaganda ???
“Taking into account that a lot of lies are circulating in this state, one can not trust anyone. I found out through some people who are close to the Croatian secret service who in their turn have contacts with Serb secret service, that some 5,600 Srebrenica inhabitants are still alive and held in different locations”

March 28th, 2008 at 12:54 pmJeanet:
You are refering to the incident where Christ was confronted with the woman caught in adultry. Interestly enough, so was Muhammed. Muhammed let the woman live long enough to wean her child…after which he had her stoned to death.
Christ on the other hand, had other plans for the woman brought to Him. He told the crowd and the Pharasees that “let he who is without sin, cast the first stone…”
His plan was to forgive the woman of her sins in order to save her from spiritual death and to screw the Pharasees; since they did this in order to trick him.
Very clever if you ask me.
And Muhammed had at least one other woman caught in adultry brought to him. He didn’t waste any time on the other occassion that I know about. He had her killed right away.
And which is the Religion of Peace again?
