Just got up, after both my marathon 25 hour-straight blogging day yesterday, and a much deserved 8.46 hours sleep last night. Just calm down people, calm down, I’m on it… I’m sure it’s as hideously ugly a day as ever to report on, and I will have the reports.
“The horror…the horror…”
11:30 A.M.
“The things we do for love…the things we do for love… like a walkin’ in the rain, and the snow, and…”

I have a bad, impatient habit of publishing first drafts of rants without proofreading, and then have to go back and fix sometime after publication. Will stop that. I apologize to all those who have been frustrated to find themselves wading through bad syntax, grammar, misspellings and downright indeciperable gibberish. Will get myself squared away on that. I just read the Hussein/press post and was like, wtf, stop writing like you’re drunk without even getting to enjoy the beneftis thereof. It’s fixed. Sorry.
This rule, however, does not always apply to Deep Thoughts. It’s a mad dash, stream of conciousness, rules-free zone, where whatever I dash off, is what you get.

Man, time flies. I hear that gets worse as you get older. The mind perceives time differently.
Did Rush win it for Hillary?
5:18 P.M.
Bill O’Reilly just said “Senior Citizens are the most powerful voting bloc in the country”. Lainie Davis agreed with him. Didn’t know that.
Maybe the children can’t steal this election from the adults.

Interesting primary report from our girl in Texas, Right Hand Girl, via IM:
cynn (4:50:44 PM): i actually did it, I voted for hillary clinton.
cynn (4:50:50 PM): never thought i would say that
dollard (4:51:40 PM): I know, how funny. but it was the only responsible thing to do
cynn (4:52:27 PM): yeah… there were a TON of republicans here that voted for her. my sister goes to a private school– all the parents are these big staunch conservatives, and they were talking about how they all voted for hillary
cynn (4:52:34 PM): so i’m taking credit for her win
cynn (4:53:50 PM): my mother went to go caucus for her– and I tell you, those obama freaks are dirty
cynn (4:54:02 PM): i thought the clintons were sleazy, but this was just bad
dollard (4:54:11 PM): yeah, dirty why?
cynn(4:55:17 PM): she was waiting in line, and this volunteer, an obama supporter, came up to her and told her that she was at the wrong precinct… well my mom knew better, so then she went and stood in line for hillary, and the same lady tried to tell her that the obama line was the hillary line, and that she was standing in the wrong line.
dollard (4:56:36 PM): jesus, hilariously sleazy
cynn(4:57:33 PM): well, my mother is pretty gullible, so this lady obviously wasn’t very good at lying. but still.
cynn(4:58:19 PM): oh my god pat, you should have seen my school yesterday. half of the kids had on obama shirts and buttons, and everyone was talking about how they voted for him.
cynn (4:58:22 PM): it made me so nervous.
dollard(4:58:56 PM): there were some kids on their lunch break that were standing on the side of the highway– really smart– with huge obama signs.
dolard (5:00:08 PM): it doesn’t surprise me. they just don’t understand how things work and think this guy will have imperial powers to make everything happen he wants, and magical powers to make dems and repubs suddenly agree on everything and to create world peace
cynn (5:01:14 PM): it makes me sick. there are a ton of kids at my school who call themselves “conservatives” who back obama. and I ask them why, and it’s like– default answer: “CHANGE”.
dollard (5:02:13 PM): change what exactly, and more importantly, how?
dollard (5:03:17 PM): it’s all a little cult-like, not just loosely, but literally. obama uses the rhetoric of a cult leader often
cynn(5:03:28 PM): yes
dollard (5:03:32 PM): and his wife talks that way too.
cynn (5:03:39 PM): lol, my bible study teacher thinks he’s the antichrist
dollard (5:03:55 PM): close - mohammed was the anti-christ
dollard (5:04:16 PM): maybe she’s right, maybe mohammed was setting the table, and obama is the anti-christ
cynn (5:06:14 PM): i got into an argument with this new guy at work– really awkward. but he started it. he just started bitching about how america “is so mean” to other countries and “they all hate us”… he voted for obama
dollard (5:09:43 PM): brainwashed. unsophisticated. deeper reasons why other people have issues with us. 1. they’ve been brainwashed by their own Leftist press who distort the reasons why we do what we do 2. Everybody is jealous of #1, and bitches about them, to name just a couple
cynn (5:10:10 PM): lol
cynn (5:10:40 PM): yeah, i ended up saying “I don’t really give a shit if people hate us, I just don’t want my family to get blown up”
dollard (5:10:32 PM): i gotta focus on the site for a few
cynn(5:10:44 PM): okay!!!
7:28 P.M.

March 5th, 2008 at 12:44 pmShe looks almost like that kid that did that weepy-assed “Leave Britney Spears ALONE!” youtube video …
March 5th, 2008 at 1:16 pmWell she certainly looks better in the Fox News story. In fact I’d be kidnapped any day by psycho girl!
March 5th, 2008 at 2:12 pmthat psycho girl fits the description I gave a coworker recently,
“yea, she’s beautiful till you meet her”
March 5th, 2008 at 2:28 pmNo worry on the typos bro, I am the king of typos. Get a good lady to proof your stuff. I have a pretty good deal, she fixes and I run a tab. I have to pay it back in “relations” Dunno, she’s happy!!! Me too!!
I’d recommend the set up.
March 5th, 2008 at 3:19 pmtypo smypo, half the time I am commenting on a treo, and it shows
March 5th, 2008 at 6:42 pmBetween cynn (Right Hand Girl) and my Katie, I think the next generation has a fighting chance …
March 5th, 2008 at 7:17 pmVoting for Hillary, huh? It seems I read in Economics class a while back something about unintended consequences. Careful what you wish for. Taking advice from Limbaugh is like taking shooting lessons from Barney Fife.
March 5th, 2008 at 8:54 pmHappy, happy, joy, joy =

I live 45 miles from Gorda, and if you need gas in Gorda it’s
like needing gas in the middle of the sahara desert…LOL…Your FUCKED
March 5th, 2008 at 10:22 pmof course the elderly are the strongest voting bloc in America. Why else do you think Bush’s Social Security reform plan was DOA? The AARP made phone calls and got that idea nixed really quickly. Pisses me off as a younger worker who is paying thousands a year into a system i more than likely won’t see shiite from.
March 6th, 2008 at 12:31 amPat - Tell RHG, I saw and heard about the same kind of stuff here in DFW area . . . Obama people with bad attitudes at the precinct - heard about some of that at the caucus, too - pushing white people out of the way to get to the front and be in charge in order to push for Obama . . . there is a huge OBAMA HOPE bull shit sign hanging across the street from my daughter’s high school and they had a faux vote and OBAMA won with 78%.
Tell RHG, I was going to vote for Hillary, but I needed to vote the Republican ticket to support my very conservative state rep who was being attacked by the teacher’s unions. I voted for Romney.
ALSO - on the McCain running mate thread, I pondered about him putting that mousy Kay Bailey Hutchison on the ticket with him - Amanda Carpenter just said on Red Eye that KBH is his rumored running mate! - UGGGGGH! She is a RINO and that would really explain why she aggressively fought underhandedly to get rid of the border fence in December. RINO whimp - perfect for McCain.
Kay Bailey Hutchison doesn’t help get my vote - but then again - I am a hard ass conservative.
