State and local governments are not allowed to enact laws that violate the Constitution, I believe this case will be found in the favor of gun ownership and that this case will in the end provide important additional precedence to the existing body of law!

Anyway, they rented machine guns!!!!! I rented a Thompson and an Uzi. The Thompson looked like an Al Capone special with the circular mag and foregrip. I think I blew $300 on ammo.

Drillanwr, I appreciate your level headed response. I was never a fan, not because of Debbie’s column, I just heard about it when she wrote what she wrote, I just wasn’t turned on, so to speak when he was first on the scene. I’ve been reading Debbie’s blog for a little over a year and a half and the stuff she writes about, I get the impression, she has better things to do than go after Nugent. She’s a lawyer. Also, is in on Hollywood stuff. A lot of stuff in her blog is critiques of movies. I’m sure she knows all about libel and slander and if she was lying, Nugent would certainly go after her. But, he never has. Anyway, enough on that, I’ve been a buzz kill long enough.

March 21st, 2008 at 7:31 amThe idea of American citizens as “subjects” who are not allowed to defend themselves is very spot on.
Criminals are wussey scum. Even if a child fights back they usually run away and look for more docile prey.
Besides the idea that we will no longer have the security of anything in the Constitution, the more chilling idea is that the left is attempting to disarm us because besides being not able to defend ourselves from criminals we will not be able to defend ourselves from a tyranical government. It’s all about total control of the population. We will be subjects if this continues.
P.S. I’m a girl and I have to admit that the photo of that girl is pretty hot. being a girl though I tend to favor the picture of our Ted Nugent.
