If a restaurant wants to serve whites only then I have no problem with that (good luck making a living in 2008)… And I think that the property owner should be able to rent to whoever he wants (But if the property was purchased with a life estate clause intact, then the owner will have to sit on his hands, cough up a lot of cash to buy him out or see to it that Bubba has an accident)…
