Good stuff. No offense to any other branches of the military but the Marines have always had the best recruiting commercials.
They always get me fired up and motivated.

March 12th, 2008 at 7:50 amNot only do I love the commercial, it gives me good memories of MCRD (yeah, I’m a masochist) but it also reminds me to let EVERYONE out there know, if you have never seen the Marine Silent Drill Team, do yourself and family a HUGE favor, find out when they will be in your area, and take the kids. Those guys are impressive as hell. I would have loved to have tried out for the team, but being a little vertically challenged, couldn’t. If I remeber correclty, their standards ar for applicants to be between 5′11″ and 6′2″, something like that.
I gladly display the Marine Corps flag along wiht the National colors at home.

It seems that everyone on my block tells me they feel safer knowing there is a Marine on the street. It’s kinda seems like my house is basically the neighborhood C.P. I’m a ‘hollywood’ Marine. 1/1 out of Camp Pendleton. 0311.
