Wright’s Church “About Us” Page Disappears Replaced By Fuzzies
You think the Mainstream Media will ppick up on this?
First the controversial pastor disappears from Obama’s website. Then his church plays the victim card. Now Trinity Baptist have removed the “black values” from their about us page! Is the new pastor bringing a new vision and vaules system? Lets hope so, but lets not forget the values they adopted before and are rooted in.
The 160-word section has since been deleted from the About Us page, replaced by videotaped testimonials from church members extolling the virtues of the church, including a white official from the parent United Church of Christ who said she feels welcome at predominantly black Trinity.
“These black ethics must be taught and exemplified in homes, churches, nurseries and schools, wherever blacks are gathered,” the original webpage said.
Here is the entire text of the section before it was redacted:
“Trinity United Church of Christ adopted the Black Value System, written by the Manford Byrd Recognition Committee chaired by the late Vallmer Jordan in 1981. We believe in the following 12 precepts and covenantal statements. These Black Ethics must be taught and exemplified in homes, churches, nurseries and schools, wherever Blacks are gathered. They must reflect on the following concepts:
1. Commitment to God
2. Commitment to the Black Community
3. Commitment to the Black Family
4. Dedication to the Pursuit of Education
5. Dedication to the Pursuit of Excellence
7. Commitment to Self-Discipline and Self-Respect
8. Disavowal of the Pursuit of “Middleclassness”
9. Pledge to make the fruits of all developing and acquired skills available to the Black Community
10. Pledge to Allocate Regularly, a Portion of Personal Resources for Strengthening and Supporting Black Institutions
11. Pledge allegiance to all Black leadership who espouse and embrace the Black Value System
12. Personal commitment to embracement of the Black Value System.”
The church did not immediately return phone calls to explain why the page changed. Lets hope they have had an awakening and revelation to “change” from their hateful past.

Whole lot of hoodwinking and bamboozling going on out there … It’s too bad, the racists hate monger is out of the closet and so is his flock.
March 17th, 2008 at 9:22 amwright the anti-white preacher was the inspiration of mrs.odumba and now we know why she was never a “proud american”…she espouses the teachings of hate…
March 17th, 2008 at 9:27 amOf course they are going to attempt to cover up their racism and hate for America, but this is nothing unique to Hussein’s church. I have many friends who are firefighters/paramedics in Chicago. They regularly receive ambulance runs to black churches when the older ones get a little too worked up and need medical attention during worship. They all report the same experience…the church service it put on hold as soon as a white man walks in…literally, they stop talking and preaching completely. Gee, now that’s odd, what are they hiding? While many blacks practice what would be considered “normal” christianity, and go to “normal” churches, there is a massive culture of white-hating/America-hating in the black church community. What does this boil down to? Hussein knows exactly what the agenda of his church is, and he knows it’s rather common. However, now that the hatred is exposed, he needs to figure out how to bullshit to moronic white liberals. Taking down a webpage is a simple way to fool the simple brain of a liberal.

The UCC and so many of the other “mainline” churches are embracing the social gospel, which is a pseudo marxist ideology, devoid of spirituality and focused on “justice as they see it. this is why nationally their numbers are dwindling and they have had to unify with other neo-atheist churches under the umbrella of COCU ( council on church union)
