    two things come to mind here.

    1) hes lucky that cop was there or that mob would have torn him apart. or lucky the camera was on or that cop would have helped them do it

    2) hes lucky his leg caught on that fence or he would have landed right on his head from 20 feet up

    i thought that myself, how didnt he get fried? i always thought when you had 2 lines like that it would complete a circuit and fry you.

    I think it’s just the really high voltage long distance lines that have no insulation, but there’re still a lot of ways to get zapped pulling a stunt like that. On the other hand, maybe the voltage was waiting for a brighter bulb to come along, like about 15 watts. :idea:
