Baghdad, Apr 22, (VOI)- Three U.S. Marines were killed and four were wounded in two explosions in Basra and Ramadi, the U.S. army said on Tuesday.
“Two Multi-National Force – West Marines were killed when a suicide vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated at an entry control point in the vicinity of Ramadi, Iraq, at approximately 7:30 a.m. April 22,” according to a U.S. army statement received by Aswat al-Iraq – Voices of Iraq – (VOI).
“The SVBIED attack wounded three other Marines. Two Iraqi Police and 24 local Iraqis were also wounded in the attack,” the statement added.
Ramadi, the capital of Anbar, is 110 km west of Baghdad.
“A Multi-National Force – West Marine was killed by an improvised explosive device in Basra, Iraq, April 21,” the U.S. army said in another statement.
“Additionally, one Marine was injured in the attack,” it also said.

If there was a combo minority candidate qualifed to run it’d be Condi. Also, one of the Dem gals in the discussion didn’t know why the Repubs are done already and the Dems aint. Is that elitist? Or, just a complicated messed up process they designed themselves where it looks to me like whatever they vote, some super delegate could decide they don’t know what they are doing… but some elite persons will guide them to utopia.
I have to admit, when I was looking to switch my local status from Dem to Repub, I found the Repub method has changed to a small caucus system, (starts at certain peoples homes, get a rep and send them on up the chain), that pretty much left guys like me out in the cold to join up. So, I just have to vote McCain in November and hope to hell it takes. Plus, there’s a Dem scam to redo before November in MT. Our last Senatorial election ousted Burns for a Dem, one method they used was to envoke an obscure registration rule where one could vote, and THEN register within 24 hours. Enter the chartered buses that went around the campuses, emptied out the dorms and bars to the polls and dropped them back at the campus to sober up. Their registrations were tallied up the next couple days and their votes held and tipped the election. Smart, but I’m betting the Repubs here will learn from that.
